PREAMBLE
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase, via electronic means or by telephone, of the products presented on the website www.ancamy.com managed by ANCAMY.s.r.l., with registered office at Via Michelangelo Buonarroti 31 – 80028 Grumo Nevano (NA) – Italy.
These general terms and conditions of sale constitute an integral and essential part of the purchase contract for any Product. The submission of an Order (as defined in Part A, Section 1.2) implies acceptance by the Customer. Provisions referring to “Consumers” shall apply exclusively to individuals falling within that legal definition. Consumers will benefit from all protections provided for distance contracts under Title III, Section II, of Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”), in addition to all further mandatory protections provided by the same Code and any other applicable law.

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. This Part (A) applies to all Orders related to the purchase of Products submitted to ANCAMY via the Website or by contacting the number +39 3784274489. 1.2. Definitions used in these Terms:
- “Consumer”: Any natural person placing an Order for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activities.
- “Professional”: Any natural or legal person placing an Order in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity.
- “Customer”: Depending on the case, a Consumer or a Professional.
- “Contract”: Any agreement between ANCAMY and a Customer regarding the purchase of one or more Products.
- “Order”: Every proposal regarding the purchase of one or more Products formulated by the Customer.
2. CONSULTATION OF TERMS
The Customer may save a copy of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and all documents comprising the Contract using the standard functions of their browser. Order data will be saved by ANCAMY in its systems and will be accessible to the Customer in the “My Account” area after authentication.
3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
3.2. Product presentation on the Site constitutes an invitation to offer and is not binding for ANCAMY. 3.3. Conclusion via Internet: The Customer must register, select products, and proceed to the virtual “cart”. By clicking “Pay Now”, the Customer submits a contractual proposal. ANCAMY will promptly confirm receipt of the order via email and subsequently confirm whether the order is accepted (Order Confirmation). 3.4. Conclusion via Telephone: The Customer may place an order by contacting the service at +39 3784274489. The contract is concluded when the Customer receives the Order Confirmation email.
4. PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS
Prices include VAT but do not include taxes, duties, or levies applicable in the destination country (if outside Italy), which shall be borne by the Customer. ANCAMY reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already submitted.
5. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
5.1. The Customer shall pay the full price at the time of the Order. In case of non-acceptance, ANCAMY will promptly refund any amounts paid. Accepted methods include Credit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. 5.2. Invoices/receipts will be issued in electronic format and attached to the package. 5.3. ANCAMY utilizes selected carriers (e.g., GLS). 5.4. If a product is unavailable and delivery cannot be made within 30 days, ANCAMY will refund the Consumer within 30 days of the day following the order submission.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason. 8.2. Instructions: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the Consumer (or a third party designated by them) acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, the Consumer must inform ANCAMY.s.r.l., Via Michelangelo Buonarroti 31 – 80028 Grumo Nevano (NA) via a clear statement (e.g., registered mail with return receipt). 8.3. Effects: All payments (excluding delivery costs) will be reimbursed within 14 days of notice. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or evidence of shipment is provided. 8.4. Conditions: Products must be returned correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not damaged or soiled), with all accessories and documentation, and without manifest signs of use exceeding a standard trial.
7. DATA PROTECTION
ANCAMY reserves the right to store order data and customer contacts solely for the purpose of correct order execution and warranty management, in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
